The Sziget Festival (Sziget, pronounced [ˈsiɡɛt]; Hungarian for "Island") is one of the largest music and cultural festivals in Europe. It is held every August in northern Budapest, Hungary, on Óbudai-sziget ("Old Buda Island"), a leafy 108-hectare (266-acre) island on the Danube.(wikipedia)
This year on the European stage, amongst other performers was the Swiss American artist Celeste Buckingham. The Slovakia based singer songwriter who came to fame true the superstar singing competition in 2011, proved her status as a true international star. Together with her band, Buckingham delivered a truly professional and mesmerizing performance. She drew huge numbers at the festival to her performance which got rave reviews, calling it “authentic”, “truly worldly”, “professional” and “fantastic”.
I’ve worked on a few campaigns where the biggest challenge wasn’t traffic generation but actually converting that traffic into meaningful engagement.
